Casey

general manager

Casey oversees our residential communities and commercial properties. She’s passionate about creating spaces where people and businesses can thrive, and she takes pride in leading a team that delivers exceptional service every day.

Isabella

Leasing Agent

A business management student at Kent State University, Isabella loves being part of the Akron community, especially exploring the history and charm of Highland Square.

Josh

Maintenance Manager

With over a decade of experience at Roundhouse, Josh takes pride in making sure our residential and commercial properties are well cared for and operate smoothly. When he’s not at work, you’ll usually find him at a concert or enjoying summer nights at Blossom Music Center.

OUR STORY

History

Roundhouse Apartments, named for everyone’s favorite Put-in-Bay establishment, was founded three decades ago with one rental property.

Although the company has grown, one property at a time, to include 16 buildings with many units and multiple commercial properties, our mission has stayed the same:

To provide renters in and around Akron, Ohio, with great locations, safe environments and a responsive maintenance team.
