Here’s what to expect when applying for one of our apartments.

Credit Checks

We run credit checks on applications submitted for applicants and co-applicants/co-signers.

Credit Rating

Credit rating must be average or above with no accounts in collections, no evictions accepted.

Employment

Must be employed at least 1 year with present employer, or have a verifiable source of income.

Criminal Record

Applicants with criminal records or arrests for criminal activity are ineligible.

Income

Your income must not be below three times of your rental expense.

After You Apply

Once you submit your application, the next step is to send our team one month of proof of income and one month of bank statements.
